The Carmelo Anthony to the New York Knicks trade this week just added strength to the top third of the NBA and has really set the balance of the league on it side. While some think it is good for the league to only have a few elite teams in the big markets, I think it is a recipe for disaster. With a CBA battle on the horizon, I look at why these type of moves are not good for the league and what they could do to rectify it. Enjoy.

Will Fans Take a Stand? - The SFB Podcast 2/20/2011.....
The last time a major sport had a work stoppage was 2004 with the NHL and before that was in 1994 with MLB. Those were much different economic times than we are in now. With the NFL & NBA ongoing labor disputes possibly turning into lockouts and later the possibility of lost games, will the regular fans in these tough economic times turn their backs on these billion dollar games when they return? Hard to say, but I'm not sure I would chance it. Plus, NASCAR needs some character. Enjoy.

Super Bowl 45 review - The SFB Podcast (2/7/2011)....
The Packers and Steelers gave us a great and exciting game with Green Bay finishing up on top 31-25 with their defense stopping Pittsburgh from driving for the winning TD. The game was hard on Mike and he joins to discuss why his Steelers lost, while I tell him it was more of the Packers winning. It didn't make him feel better. Enjoy.
